REFUND POLICY
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

- Original packaging should be included whenever possible
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance items where stated
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain skincare or personal-use products may not qualify for return once opened.

- Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent refusal of future service.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request supporting evidence including:
- Photos
- Videos
- Packaging condition
- Shipping label images
We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund is appropriate.
5. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. PROCESSING TIME

Because skin types and sensitivities vary between individuals, Cyan Point does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for reactions caused by individual sensitivities, allergies, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
Customers experiencing irritation or discomfort should discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
