3. SHIPPING PARTNERS

Products may be shipped from different warehouse locations depending on product availability and destination country.

4. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear in carrier systems.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs charges, taxes, or import fees.
  • Cyan Point is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  • Delivery failures caused by incomplete customer info
  • Additional shipping costs from address corrections

If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is subject to the carrier's operations.

Cyan Point is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delivery issues caused by third-party shipping providers

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.

8. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be modified or canceled within a limited time after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment stages, cancellation requests may not be possible.

9. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

In some cases, items within the same order may arrive separately depending on warehouse availability and logistics optimization.

10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict shipping to certain regions, addresses, or jurisdictions at our discretion.
